Mr. Parker is a 3rd generation Real Estate Developer that began his development career in Miami in 1978. After founding Sunco Group and raising capital from Wall Street investors, Parker invested in the South Miami Beach Art Deco District in 1988. Sunco specialized in acquiring and renovating Art Deco apartment buildings prior to the Art Deco resurgence. He has strong expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate financing and management, with extensive experience in transactions involving historic preservation, renovation and Condo conversions.

In 2008, diversifying holdings Internationally, Parker began investing in Multifamily projects in 4^rd tier cities in China. He has acquired equity positions in Tourism, Golf and Education Companies in China. Parker is a Sr. Tourism Consultant for the China Top 500 Enterprise Company CITS and is a business development consultant for Global 500 Company SINOPEC.

Since 2009, he has divided his residency between Vero Beach, FL and Beijing, China.

In addition to being a Real Estate Developer, Parker is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. Parker is also an Aviation enthusiast and Pilot.
